Meats are good for the human body as it gives strength and nourishment. Almost all the necessary nutrients needed by the human body are packed in abundance in different kinds of meats. Meats are rich in calcium, copper, magnesium, manganese, proteins, fats, omega-3, zinc, vitamins, iron, iodine, amino acids, potassium, phosphorus.
